Το πρόγραμμα οργανώνει μια σειρά από δύο συνεδρίες επιμόρφωσης/trainings ανά έτος, οι μισές από αυτές στην ύπαιθρο, με 15 συμμετέχοντες ανά συνεδρία. Κατά την διάρκεια των συνεδριών επιμόρφωσης, οι γονείς και οι κηδεμόνες καταρτίζονται και βελτιώνουν τις κοινωνικές τους δεξιότητες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εκμάθησης της ικανότητας για μάθηση, επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων και δεξιότητας για ομαδικό πνεύμα, εξοικειώνονται με το περιεχόμενο της δέσμης εργαλείων και του συνόλου μεθόδων και με το ψηφιακό μαθησιακό κέντρο, αποκτούν βασικές γνώσεις σε θέματα ψυχικής υγείας παιδιών μετά την πανδημία και σε τρόπου ενσωμάτωσης παιδαγωγικών και διδακτικών δραστηριοτήτων στο σπίτι και στην καθημερινότητα, έχουν πρόσβαση σε (παιδο)ψυχολογικό σύμβουλο, και λαμβάνουν λεπτομερείς και εξατομικευμένες συμβουλές για ευκαιρίες του προγράμματος Erasmus+ από τις οποίες μπορούν να ωφεληθούν στα μέλη της οικογένειάς τους. Δέκα συμμετέχοντες σε συνεδρίες επιμόρφωσης ανά έτος και ανά χώρα θα επιλεγούν να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα ταιριάσματος των - βάσει της απόδοσής τους κατά τα training, την βούλησή τους, τον διαθέσιμο χρόνο τους και υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι θα έχουν ολοκληρώσει τα διαδικτυακά μαθήματα στο ψηφιακό εκπαιδευτικό κέντρο. Θα δοθεί προτεραιότητα σε γονείς και κηδεμόνες από μη προνομιούχα υπόβαθρα και, ει δυνατόν, θα μπορέσουν να συμμετάσχουν περισσότεροι από δέκα γονείς.
