El proyecto organiza un conjunto de dos sesiones de formación al año, la mitad de ellas en zonas remotas o rurales, con 15 participantes por sesión. Durante las sesiones de formación, los padres, madres y educadores mejoran sus capacidades y competencias clave, como aprender a aprender, habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, se familiarizan con el contenido del kit de herramientas y del conjunto de métodos y con el Centro de Aprendizaje Digital, adquieren conocimientos sobre la salud mental de los/as niños/as tras la pandemia y sobre las formas de integrar las actividades pedagógicas y didácticas en casa y en la vida cotidiana, tienen acceso a consultas psicológicas y reciben información detallada y personalizada sobre las oportunidades Erasmus+ de las que pueden beneficiarse los miembros de su familia. Se seleccionan diez participantes por año y por país para participar en un programa de emparejamiento, en función de su rendimiento durante las formaciones, su motivación, su tiempo y con la condición de que hayan completado con éxito el curso en línea del Centro de Aprendizaje Digital. Se da prioridad a los padres, madres y educadores de familias desfavorecidas y, si es logísticamente posible, pueden participar más de diez padres/madres.
